Pause and think

Today in cybersmart we were learning about Smart Relationships.

We watched a video called Pause and Think.

It was about think, feel, balance, listen and stand.


1. Think which means peoples feelings.
2. Feel which means safe and happy.
3. Stand which means standing up to other people.
4. Balance which means equal screen time and physical activity,
5. Listen which means listening to music online and to yourself if you are doing the right thing.

My name is Mya-Nia and I go Ruapotaka School. I’m 8 years old and my class room is Room 7. My teacher is Mr. Botha and my culture is Maori. I have 3 sisters and 4 brothers.
